Privacy Policy

Draft — pending legal approval. This interim notice describes the initial forms currently implemented. The final policy, data controller, contact address, retention schedule and applicable legal requirements must be confirmed before public launch.

Information collected

The network application collects your name, professional email, selected participation pathways, professional geography, relevant experience or business requirements, and explicit consent. Public professional links, additional regions, interests and preferred contact method are optional.

The opportunity form collects your name, professional email, general category, broad geography, a non-confidential summary, stated authority and consent. Please do not submit confidential documents, financial account details, identity documents or sensitive third-party information.

Purpose and access

Information is used to review your request, assess relevance, and respond about potential collaboration. Submissions are not publicly displayed. The forms store records in Lovable Cloud. Application access is restricted to authorized reviewers and administrators; no reviewer account has been assigned automatically.

Submission protection

To limit spam, the forms use an unfilled verification field, timing checks and a custom limit of five attempts per hour. A keyed hash of your email and, where provided by hosting, your network address is used for the limit. Raw network addresses are not stored in these records.

Analytics and communications

No advertising trackers or marketing emails are enabled. The site does not currently send analytics events to any provider. Application consent is not consent to marketing.

Your information

A final retention schedule, deletion process and verified privacy contact are pending. If you do not wish to provide information under this interim notice, please wait until the final policy is approved.
